Generally positive: pool and tasteful greenery are appreciated; pool was initially cold but can be heated on request.

Mixed: attractive minimalist, spacious interiors and good kitchen space, but notable issues — no dark blinds on the upstairs bedroom, many sliding doors lack handles, and the upstairs shower floor is very slippery with no handrail (safety/maintenance concerns).
