Located two streets from the seaside promenade in a quiet area; convenient for families with a nearby playground.
Apartment has necessary amenities: washing machine, dishes and cutlery, iron and ironing board—good provision of basic appliances.
Reviewer notes the apartment 'does not belong to the cleanest': dirty seals under the shower and overall would benefit from a renovation in the bathroom.
