Slightly negative: Host responded (delivered missing sheets/kitchen towels) but only after three days; some issues described as needing a quick fix by the owner.
Strongly positive: Quiet neighborhood, short walk to the sea, with sea sounds audible from the terrace and pleasant outdoor areas.
Mixed-positive: Beautiful garden, pool and main terrace; well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso and regular coffee machine, many pans and dishes). However, some amenities were lacking or broken (ping-pong table not assembled/missing net, missing regular wine glasses, rusty cutlery).
Negative: Guests received towels with old stains and there were issues with rusty cutlery; cleanliness lapses noted.
Negative: Small double bed (150–160 cm) on one bedroom, both double beds had stiff/hard memory-foam mattresses; windows difficult to lock/open, outdated wardrobes and a 'basement feeling' in two ground-floor bedrooms.
Negative: Misleading listing (no rooftop pool as advertised) and several maintenance/stock issues reduce perceived value.
