Poor — guests called the company about multiple issues (pool lights, jets, cleanliness) and received no callback; maintenance issues went unaddressed.
Location was reported as OK by the reviewer; proximity/setting in Puerto Calero appears acceptable despite other problems.
Negative — pool filthy and never cleaned during 11-day stay, jets and pool lights not working, pool deck chairs old and falling apart, washing line broken on arrival.
Very poor — grubby, bathrooms/showers surrounded by black mould; pool described as filthy with a persistent green film that was never cleaned.
