Velmi milý a ochotný pán na recepci!!! jen díky němu jsme nedali hodnocení 1.

Ke zlepšení

Takhle špatné hodnocení jsem ještě nikdy nedal a mrzí mě to. Ale ubytování smrdí všude kouřem od cigaret. Na chodbě, ale i uvnitř pokojů. Na pokoji si ani neotevřete pořádně okno aby jste to vyvětrali. V hotelu je ubytováno spousta smradlavých a špinavých dělníků, kamioňáků. Kvůli nim i check-in trval 30 minut čekání ve frontě. Na pokoji se ani moc neuklízelo a velmi dlouho nestíralo. Ubytování bylo tragédie, ještě, jsme tam jen přespali. V IBISu jsme už byli několikrát, a vždy jsme byli velmi spokojeni, tady opravdu ne!
