Lovely hotel. Lovely location. Staff friendly. Room nice and pool was an added bonus in the exceptional heat

Loved staying here for 3 nights. The hotel is so close to the main sites in the city center. You walk out the door and lots of places to shop and eat. That said it was very quiet. The ground floor of the hotel has comfy sofas and chairs for people to sit and enjoy a drink from the bar/restaurant or read a book. Our room was super comfy, modern and clean. The people at the desk were friendly, professional and very helpful. The map with restaurant/tapas bars provided was spot on. The only issue we had was with the lights in our room. The service people came right away and though one of the switches began working we still could not just turn on a lamp without the overhead light coming on. That said we would definitely stay here again, or at a sister hotel.

We stayed in early December, we were greeted by Antonio on front desk, and gave us a run though about hotel and sights in Seville. We had a Seville facing room on top floor very nice room and light out look, hotel is in pedestrian area of old town which was great and easy to walk to all areas. We had Breakfast the staff were great, very helpful and friendly a lovely buffet selection and cooked food. Hotel very clean and lovely layout Housekeeping staff done a very good job. We went up to roof area once at night to see all Christmas lights in streets around hotel and once in afternoon and took a cup of tea up and chilled out. We asked for a kettle as they are not in room, to make tea only coffee machine. We would use this hotel again and have told friends about it aswell. Would use this hotel

Hotel H10 Casa de la Plata is located in the old city of Sevilla, just 2 minutes walk from the Metropol Parasol and 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral: it is a vewry good starting point to visit the city. I had a very good room, with a comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Cleanliness was excellent, heating/air conditioning worked very well and was not noisy. My room was on the back side, over the internal patio, it was very quiet, with no noises from outside. However, it was also quite dark: electric lightning was needed also during the day. Free wi-fi worked very well, and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was outstandingly good, with a lot of choices available. There is also a rooftop with bar and swimming pool, from which you have a nice view of the city.

Had a really nice stay here. Staff were excellent and the rooms were of a fantastic standard, Very good location. Would definitely stay here again

As I prepare to check out today, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the fantastic stay I have had at your lovely hotel. This is my last day, and I must say that all the positive reviews I read prior to booking were absolutely true. The location is perfect, in the center of the old town, close to all attractions, and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. The room is clean, and breakfast is better than many other 4-star and 5-star hotels I have stayed in, which I greatly appreciated. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. They are consistently polite and friendly and genuinely couldn't do enough for me. I would like to give a special thank you to the gentlemen at the reception desk. Thank you, Chenma and Borja . They were both incredibly kind and patient when I made a request to change to a room with a better view. They went out of their way to find the perfect room for me, ensuring I had the best possible experience. Thank you once again. I look forward to returning in the future.
