The hotel is just lovely. I Love the location I had a prado suite which I LOVED! The real standout here is the people. I’m not sure I can remember a hotel with service like this. The concierge PERFECT. Jesus, gracias !! The restaurant staff. Mariana y Miguel. Amazing. You feel like you are living at the hotel after one day. Today I called room service, the gentleman answered with ; “ are you ready for your coffee senor…”. Yes I ordered coffee every day. The garden. Beautiful. Bravo !

My stay at Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid was truly marvelous from start to finish. The attention to detail and level of service provided by the staff was magical, making our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the wonderful museums. I cannot wait to return to Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid next year and experience the magic and extraordinary hospitality once again. Thank you so much for a truly special stay that exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Madrid.

“A Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location”
The best

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. We especially loved the design and style of the bar — it felt very elegant and thoughtfully created. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The level of service was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant. The only small downside was that sounds from the corridor could be heard quite clearly in the room. It didn’t happen often, but a couple of times we were woken up by it. Also, we had a small half-used perfume tester on the table, which disappeared after housekeeping — we assume it may have been thrown away by mistake, thinking it was trash. It would be great if personal items could be left exactly as guests place them after cleaning. That said, these little things did not affect our overall impression. We had a lovely time and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for the great experience!
