What an amazing hotel. From the genuine warm welcome on arrival, to the thoughtful little gift on check out, everything was perfect. The view from our bright airy room was a lovely surprise. The hotel was absolutely spotless, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were all so courteous and helpful. Centrally located to get around and just a short walk from the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed the varied selection at the buffet breakfast each morning, and the restaurant & bar are just the perfect choice after a day spent, walking for hours around the city, sightseeing. You should be very proud of your staff, they are first class. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely return when we're in Malaga again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great location right in the centre. Warm welcome from JAVI on reception. The hotel overlooks the street where the Christmas lights are. Spectacular views and really great atmosphere at each display. We stayed on the Essence floor which offered snacks and drinks. The snacks were limited but this is the only criticism we would give. The room was immaculately clean with huge walk in shower. Great air con. Even though this hotel is right in the middle of everything, it is just so quiet. There is a rooftop bar which offers amazing views of the cathedral and over the city. The drinks are reasonably priced there too. All staff were pleasant but for us the reception team were outstanding - especially JAVI who helped us from start to finish. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Malaga.
