NIGHTMARE STAY: AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS If I could give zero, I would. This was, without exaggeration, the worst accommodation experience of my life. We had a water outage in the evening - there was absolutely no running water—meaning no toilet flushing, no ability to cook, clean dishes, or maintain basic hygiene. The apartment was completely uninhabitable. We immediately attempted to contact the host directly, including Marina who handled our check-in, through multiple desperate calls and texts. She never responded, not even with a simple acknowledgment. Even by 12:30 pm the next day, there was still no message and no courtesy from her or anyone else. We were forced to escalate the situation through Booking.com customer service. It took over TWO HOURS for the host to finally respond to booking.com, and their reaction was infuriatingly dismissive. There was no offer of assistance, no alternative accommodation, and zero apology for leaving us stranded in an unusable property. With two hours wasted and the reality of staying overnight with no water in the toilets setting in, we had no choice but to immediately check into another hotel. Staying in this property was simply impossible. To put it simply: avoid this place because the owners clearly don’t care about their customers. If you ever need help—or find yourself in an urgent situation—you are completely on your own. The failure to provide basic necessities like water, combined with complete silence from the staff, made this stay extremely stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend this property. ESTANCIA DE PESADILLA: EVITE ESTA PROPIEDAD A TODA COSTA Si pudiera darle cero estrellas, lo haría. Sin exagerar, esta fue la peor experiencia de alojamiento de mi vida. Tuvimos un corte de agua por la noche: no había absolutamente nada de agua corriente, lo que significaba que no se podía tirar de la cadena, cocinar, lavar platos ni mantener la higiene básica. El apartamento estaba completamente inhabitable.

WIFI, se desconectaba La ducha perdia agua estaba rota, era muy dificil bañarse sin mojar todo el baño, y un garron tener que secar todo cada vez que te bañas. El colchon del lado izquierdo esta vencido y no podes dormir bien incluso si estas muy a la orilla te caes de la cama. El lavarropas, tenia mucho olor a humedad, en el primer lavado que hicimos tubimos que lavar nuevamente la ropa ya que quedo con olor a humedad. Dejaron solo un rollo de papel higuienico y empezado, tuvimos que comprar. Algunas tasas y platos estaban cachadas y la verdad por el precio que pagamos, me parece que si se rompe algo tendrian que cambiarlo y no dejarlo en el departamento. No dejaron ni repasadores ni papel de cocina como dejan el todos lados, ni sal, ni azucar, tuvimos que compar todo, y el precio calidad es muy alto para el servicio que ofrecen. Ni siquiera tenian un TV Smart. La verdad, no recomendable para nada
