“La ubicación, esta en pleno centro · Contras: No estaba muy limpio, las paredes llenas de salpicones, habia agujeros en la pared, no habia agua caliente y llamamos a el numero que pone en booking y no nos solucionaron nada, el sofa sucio, bastante claustrofobico, en la ducha los cables estaban por fuera, y el baño no cabian 2 personas”

“⭐ 1 star (if 0 existed, it would be the fair rating) This place was not only disappointing, it felt like an attack on the comfort and health of the people who rent it. From the moment we arrived, the apartment already failed to deliver what was promised: all the beds were identical and extremely small⎯almost child-sized⎯completely inappropriate for adults. Resting properly here is simply impossible. But the worst part came from the climate and sanitary conditions. Inside the apartment, the temperature was around 14 °C (57 °F), which is cold for an indoor space. Meanwhile, Madrid has been presenting outdoor temperatures between 1 °C and 2 °C (33–35 °F) at this time of the year. An apartment without functional heating in these conditions is not “a cold place”, it is dangerous. Thermal isolation is nonexistent, and heating was not available at any moment. The result: constant extreme cold, especially at night and early morning. The consequences were real and alarming: 🤧 Both of my sisters woke up with cold symptoms and rhinitis including congestion, sneezing, and active allergic rhinitis caused directly by the cold we were forced to endure during our stay. This is not a minor inconvenience, it is a direct harm to guest health due to negligence in the accommodation conditions. The basic issues continued: • There is NO hot water in the shower. Freezing cold. Bathing in winter is impossible. • The washing machine does NOT work. • There are not enough dishes, kitchenware, cutlery, or even spoons. The kitchen is practically unusable. Customer service was the final blow. The person who greeted us to hand over the keys wasn’t just indifferent, she was rude, arrogant, and openly dismissive, finishing the conversation with this exact quote: “If you want to write any review, write it. We are full of reviews in this fcking country anyway.”* That statement says everything: They don’t care about guests. They don’t care about quality. They don’t care about fixing anything. · Contras: ⭐ 1 estrella (si existiera 0, sería lo justo) Este lugar no solo fue decepcionante, fue un atentado contra la comodidad y la salud de quienes lo rentan. Al llegar, el apartamento ya incumplía lo que prometía: las camas eran todas iguales y de tamaño pequeño, casi infantiles, absolutamente inadecuadas para adultos. Descansar correctamente aquí es imposible. Pero lo más grave vino con las condiciones climáticas y sanitarias. Dentro del apartamento, la temperatura era de 14 °C, fría para un espacio interior. Sin embargo, Madrid está presentando temperaturas externas entre 1 °C y 2 °C en esta época del año. Un apartamento sin calefacción funcional bajo estas condiciones no es “frío”, es peligroso. El aislamiento térmico es inexistente y la calefacción nunca estuvo disponible. Resultado: frío extremo constante, especialmente por las noches y madrugadas. Las consecuencias fueron reales y alarmantes: 🤧 Mis hermanas amanecieron las dos con síntomas de resfriado y rinitis⎯incluyendo congestión, estornudos y rinitis alérgica activa⎯ debido al frío al que nos vimos sometidos durante nuestra estancia. Esto no es una molestia menor: es un daño directo a la salud del huésped por negligencia en las condiciones del alojamiento. Los problemas básicos continuaron: • No hay agua caliente en la ducha. Totalmente helada. Imposible bañarse en invierno. • La lavadora NO funciona. • Faltan trastes, platos, cubiertos y cucharas suficientes. La cocina está virtualmente inutilizable. La mala atención fue la cereza del pastel. La persona que nos recibió para entregar las llaves no solo mostró indiferencia, sino que fue grosera y arrogante, rematando con esta frase textual cuando se mencionaron las fallas: “Si quieres hacer la reseña que quieras, hazla. Igualmente estamos llenos de reseñas en este puto país.” Esta respuesta demuestra que: no les importa el huésped, no les importa la calidad, no les importa resolver.”
