Está en perfecto estado y todo muy limpio. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y del centro.

A mejorar

Las ventanas dan a una calle con mucho tráfico, lo que dificulta tenerlas abiertas (aunque tiene aire acondicionado y un ventilador de techo en el salón).
