La ubicación y la capacidad. La calefacción y el agua caliente sin ningun problema.

Faltaba algo de material, un mantel por ejemplo y algun repaso a instalaciones(manchas de humedad, cortinas…)

Nos encantó la situación, justo en el centro de la plaza de Andalucía. Apartamento cómodo, con 2 baños, limpio y acogedor. Los chicos de la inmobiliaria muy serviciales en todo momento. Volveremos.
