I was fortunate to stay only one night. The room was located in a separate building, detached from the real hotel — the one reserved for wealthy guests. At the entrance there was no staff, and the door remained open at all times, accessible to anyone. There was a brown smear on the wall, broken doors that looked punched, a mirror with black stains, and dirt throughout the room. The place was dilapidated and old, in no way justifying the price paid. There were no bedside tables, in addition, there was only a single light bulb in the room, which could only be turned off from the entrance, meaning you had to get up to switch it off before sleeping. There were only two power outlets. Finally, when we called the reception of the separate hotel where check-in had to be done, we were verbally attacked by the receptionist, who told us she didn’t care (she said: i don't give a fuck) and couldn’t do anything about it. When we asked to speak with the manager, she replied that she had no time to waste on us. An unacceptable and classist behavior that pampers the wealthy and mistreats people with fewer financial means. I am tired of these attitudes and completely gratuitous and disproportionate treatments. I have never written a review like this in my life. They should simply be ashamed.
