“Поставьте кондиционер, что бы можно было закрывать окна на ночь!”

Местоположение. лучшая цена среди всех вариантов относительно близости к центру.

Будет улучшено

Ужасно шумно!! Невозможно спать. Квартира без кондиционера, в патио курят воняет на всю квартиру, со стороны шум до 5 утра из за близости баров. Окна закрыть нельзя становится душно. В выходные лучше выбирать другое место.
