Good evening. I would like to express my outrage regarding my booking at the Charming apartment in Madrid in November 2025. I was deceived. I paid for two nights' stay, and the Charming owners didn't give me the keys. They wanted an additional 300 euros deposit online and blackmailed me, saying I had to pay, otherwise they wouldn't let me stay for two nights. I demand a refund of the 256 euros I paid, which I didn't use for my stay. They refused to let me stay. This company operates under a fraudulent scheme. How can you, Booking.com, deal with them? Please investigate this matter.
