“სასტუმროს მდებარეობა იყო საუკეთესო, 3 წუთში იყავი ცენტრალურ ქუჩაზე სადაც მეტრო იყო და ავტობუსების გაჩერება, თუმცა ფეხით შეიძლებოდა მისვლა პრადოს მუზეუმთან, სამეფო სასახლესთანაც სოლის მოედანზეც და პლაზა მაიორზეც. პერსონალი იყო გულისხმიერი და გვასუხობდა ყველა შეკითხვაზე. ჰოლში იყო ყავის აპარატი რაც ძალიან მნიშვნელოვანია, ასევე ყოფილა მაცივარიც და ჩაიდანიც (რის შესახებაც სამწუხაროდ არ ვიყავით ინფორმირებული). მოთხოვნის შემდეგ მოგვცეს თმის საშრობი. რეგისტრატურა 24 საათიანია რაც მოსახერხებელია როცა გვიანი რეისი გაქვს . ასევე მნიშვნელოვანი იყო რომ ბარგის დატოვების საშუალება არის სასტუმროში გაფრენამდე. It was also important to leave the luggage at the hotel before the flight. · Недостатки: სურათზე მოცემული ოთახები უფრო დიდი ჩანდა ვიდრე რეალურად აღმოჩნდა, (საწოლის გარშემო შემოსასვლელი ადგილი ძალიან ვიწრო იყო). ოთახის ფანჯარა გადიოდა შახტაში, რაც ძალიან არასასურველი იყო და რის შესახებაც ინფორმაცია არ იყო მოცემული დაჯავშნის პროცესში. სასტუმროში თხელი კედლები იყო და სხვა ნომრებიდან ხმა შემოდიოდა The rooms in the picture looked bigger than they actually were (the entrance area around the bed was very narrow). The window of the room looked into the shaft, which was very undesirable and was not disclosed during the booking process. The walls in the hotel were thin and there was noise coming from other rooms”
