Issues with responsiveness and communication: had to ask twice for mugs to be replaced, phone number on confirmation was incorrect, and guest needed to call booking.com to locate keys.

Problems with provided amenities: insufficient usable mugs/bowls for larger groups, crockery damaged, outside cushions mouldy, and the info book lacked the Wi‑Fi code and offered little information.
