“Grand and luxurious hotel with a pleasantly quiet vibe”

This hotel is a dream. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. Staff were kind and helpful. Snacks at the bar were tasty; breakfast was very good. Beds, linens, towels, and robes are luxurious. Although the hotel was nearly full, it had a quiet feeling at breakfast and around the grounds.

To be improved

It is a very minor thing, but at such a generously equipped property, it would be nice to have more space in the shower for the shampoo & etc. Perhaps it would be useful to have a bit more information about the facilities and surrounding areas in the room (in paper form or via QR code).

“Cons: Very important: during the summer weekends the community holds huge parties that go until 4:30am. We were there on a Saturday night and it was shockingly loud. Unbelievably loud. It is not the fault of the hotel as the city granted a permit for this event but music that loud until 4:30am was brutal. I went to the front desk at 3:00am and they offered to change rooms for my family but that seemed like an exhausting option. Packing up a family and all of our belongings at 3:00am was not ideal. I was upset the hotel put my family in that room knowing there was a huge event until 4:30am that night. They took 30% off my bill after much arguing. In summary, beautiful hotel, some rude and some polite staff, and don’t stay there on the weekend during the summer if you want to sleep.”
