The staff were lovely. Well located to restaurants, sites and attractions. Room was nice.

To be improved

Air conditioning failed however the hotel was quick to repair when informed.

“Love the Hotel and Amazing theatre 😎🙏”

The best

As always this hotel Never disappoints, good service and in point centre of Madrid. Last year we saw Phantom of the Opera and this year Cabaret. As the theatre is inside the hotel, easy to go to. We had seats on stage of Cabaret and was really amazing. Musical was top Class impressive performances of all dancers and for the main lead singer. Hat off to them !! Hotel is good , clean with great service and in middle of the excitement of Madrid.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thanks to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us—especially with organizing a wonderful birthday surprise for my friend. Everything was perfectly arranged. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return!

“A great place to stay in Madrid”

The best

Excellent hotel. Service quality was great across the board. Breakfast was very good (but, if not included in your room rate, it is pretty pricey and you might prefer to grab something nearby). Location is good. It was a short walk to Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace; it was a little longer over to the Prado museum, but still very doable. One note- a cab can pull right up in front of the hotel, a ride share will have to drop you a couple of blocks away. The piano bar is an excellent way to finish off your evening.

“One of the best hotels you can find in Madrid city center”

The best

Hotel is at a central location and at a walking distance to museums, plaza mayor, mercado st miguel etc. Rooms are well decorated, clean and silent. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast items were all tasty and menu items were well planned. I cannot find anything to criticise and we were very happy staying at UMusic hotel
